back to base after warmup, change shoes then do the usual drills/4 striders. R foot feels much better but still some lingering soreness.
End up doing 5.22 in 37:49 on mostly flat ground around arena park loop and Hawthorne Street.
Going to decide end of this week if I will attempt 20 Oct race after finding out exactly when District XC meet starts on the 27th and how the foot is feeling.
Bram wins the $$ war 10 cents to one cent and wins the traveling trophy for the 6th straight week...... the rout is on!
