Beautiful morning to get out and move. Easy recovery run while hunting for coins. 10 pennies and 3 dimes to go with the 5 pennies yesterday and 2 dimes on Friday.
End of a long cycle and, as a wise man says, "the hay is in the barn". 2 weeks to race day.
I will be out of area for 5 days beginning on Thurs so the normal routine will be mixed up this week but looking forward to having 2 down weeks of training prior to mentally preparing for the All-American 5K effort.
Finished the workout up with some pre-practice work and 35 sec x 12 on Tabata single leg activities.
