Notes
Warmup and cooldown for Harvest Festival 5K in Corning, Arkansas. Second year in a row running this race after CBEM co-founder recommended it as a great flat but accurate course with some good local Ark runners. Meet Bram at the registration area and we begin the warmup. Cool conditions but suppose to be around 50 degrees at race time and looks to be an almost perfect day to race.
2.20 miles along course then drills and striders/jogging/additional drills for total warmup of 3.25 miles.
Cooldown after race of 1.36 miles with the Grand-Masters Champion and second place OA finisher.
