Notes

Another morning you wish you could bottle up and bring out on a regular basis.

On the road by 4:30 as wanting to get 70-75 minutes in prior to lift/strengthening session.

3 mile warmup then hill repeats at Good Hope street up the one block hill on the Steamboat course with easy jogs back down. Not difficult but could feel the different mms working.

Great lift/strengthening session to complete the a.m. workout.
