Looking to go two up tempo distances and using terrain markers for both. Both under one mile. Basic turnover workout without the pounding
.81 miles in 4:52 for 6:00 pace; .20 miles recovery jog at 7:58 pace then .89 mile in 5:27 and ending the second one at the top of Nat Guard Hill on corner of Rodney Dr/Independence.
Last one mile in 8:25 while using final .20 miles for short drill set.
