Attempted 2 mile x 2 on rolling hills with 4 min recovery jog.
2 mile = 11:55 with 6:03/5:52 then 1/2 mile on recovery jog
began second 2 mile with 6:05 but fading badly less than 1/2 mile into second mile. Decide to just slow it down and finish the loop. End up with 6:55 second mile and 7:10 pace for slowdown mile.
Soaked as much as you can be with sweat by the end of the workout.
