Notes

2.50 mile warmup in 19:47 then three striders of .12/.15/.15mile in :35/:42/:41sec. walk/jog recoveries with additional stretching between each strider.

400 x 4 today for the work: Didn't know what would happen and just looking for some good turnover and relaxing through the sets.

Splits: 77/75/75/75sec with 1:10-1:15 min recovery jogs between intervals. Surprised at first one then rode the turnover on the next three. Finished with 1.50 mile cooldown then stretching.

Next workout is Sunday long run with CBME co-founder.
