Arena Park entrance: Drill sets/4 striders, all under 5:00 pace then 6 hill sprints with jog/walk recoveries.

Like to bottle up this morning. 53 degees with just slight wind......Perfect. Hardly even sweating 4 miles into the run.
Brandon says he will be running the first 3 meets as an unattached runner prior to the final decision to redshirt/not redshirt. Two of the three meets are at SIU with the other race being at Illinios State University in Normal, ILL. All 8K races.
