1.21 miles of drills/3 striders then easy 3.2 miles in 22:53 with a couple of hills thrown in for a little variety. Splits of 6:54/6:57/7:25/1:37 for .20 miles. Comfortable pace throughout and shut it all down at the 2.5 mile mark.
No L knee pain or discomfort today.
