1.5 mile w/u then shoe change. Haven’t had the hitogamis on for over a year; they still feel good. 0.4 miles at 6:31 pace then 2:00 recovery jog; 0.3 miles at 6:22 pace then 2 min recovery jog. 1:20 min at 6:15 pace then 1 min recovery jog. 60 seconds at 6:00 pace then final 10 seconds at 5:51 pick-up. Felt good and will see if my feet are sore tomorrow morning.
Easy quarter mile at 10 min pace to finish up prior to hitting the ropes and climbing bars.
