Notes
w/u of 4.1 miles with easy drills/jogging then running the 5K course with Matt Pfau. Changed shoes and shirts then did another 3 striders prior to race time. Of course, the race started 8 min late so most of warmup was wasted.
c/d total of 1.95 miles of easy jogging waiting for then next couple of runners to finish the 5K race then jogged another 3/4 miles with Blake Gerard after he finished up his 10K race.
