Notes

Short but quality track workout. 3 x 1k with 2 min recovery (3:01, 3:05, 3:05) then 4 x 300m with 2 min recovery (all 45s). These freshmen gotta learn man. Hitting your times in workouts but keeping it controlled will lead to bigger gains than speeding up, blowing your load, and dying off by the last rep.
