8 x 40(ish) second hill repeats at the Vortex. Solid workout with Mark and Jayden. Other than a few cutdown/DT long runs this is probably my first real workout of the summer. I think I've been building a good base and doing a good job of running every day, but I need to start increasing the intensity 1-2 days a week and staying consistent with strides.
Also, Jayden's a little bitch. Started out tough but kicked his ass the last few reps. Mark went beast mode and destroyed us both like usual.
