Nice combo workout. 3 x 500/300 after the 3 mile tempo. 1:45 rest between 500 and 300 reps, 3:30 rest between sets. Goal (for Tyler, and therefore me) was about 81 seconds for the 500 (come through 400 in 65) and 45 seconds for the 300. I hit 80-81 for the 500s and 45 for every 300. Tyler got faster each rep. Think he came through the 400 in 60 for the last 500. What a stud.
