2:59, 3:03, 3:03 for K splits. Started out the race really well. Felt great on the first K and was in the lead of the second pack of guys. Then a couple of guys passed me and for some reason I just couldn't hang with them. So I fell off pace a bit and didn't really regain composure until about 400m to go. Overall an 11 second PR but I'm hungry for more. Definitely want to break 9:00 and I truly think I'm in good enough shape to do so. A really good week of training so overall a good week but like I said I expect more out of myself. Now to try and find a 5k to do...
