Okay race. Out in 3:01 and felt amazing and came through mile in 4:54 i think (about 9:09 pace i think), but fell off and finished with 3:08s. 1800-2600 got me. Had some 40 sec laps in there. Yikes. Last lap 31 seconds and so close to a PR (9:17).
