I guess I was too slow on the first 6 or so and I tried to make up for it during the last 2. I feel good about the run even though I was supposed to run it in 10:13/mi.
Something is wrong either with my current workout program or I am behind. I thought my long run was supposed to my at @ 70% or MHR.
This workout was over 80% and I was still :35/mi behind pace.
