Notes

Workout: 4 x 800 @ LT (3:15-20) + 2 x 1 mile @ LT/45 sec rest on all + 6 x 20 sec hills @ 1500-800 effort

Plan was for a intro LT workout today and was going to do 8 x 800 @ LT but from the start I felt really good and relaxed and was slightly faster then fast end of the LT range. I tried relaxing after the first couple but made the call that at Halfway I would switch to 2 x 1 mile because I was feeling cruisey. This is the easiest an LT workout has felt compared to any in my last segment in the summer/fall. I was quick but with the 2k TT this coming week I expect this to be my LT range so not to worried about it. Feeling strong aerobically. Hills after I felt ok not real smooth on it but got what I needed.
