Notes

Apart of the LT workout with 27 minutes before the workout and 42:30 after the workout and the hills included in the 42 minutes. I know got more then 8 in but not sure a full 9 so I will just use it to make up for the rest of the week. Felt ok on run after the workout. Only split I got was 3:53 towards the end on the way back to park from campus. I would say 7:50s-8 for most of it.
