Workout: 2 x 2 mile @ LT/2 min rest + 2 x 1 mile @ LT/1 min rest + 6 x 20 sec Hill

Overall I pretty pleased with this workout. Initial plan was 5 x 1 mile but as I got going I decided to switch to 2 miles for the first rep and decide as I went how to break up the intervals. On top of that i decided to go 6 total miles. Felt ok on the warmup but was still wondering how it would go as didn't feel like the legs had pop. Came across the first half split in 3:04 so felt good about the workout. Ran consistent the first 2 mile rep and recovered pretty quick. Next 2 mile interval came across a little to quick at 800 and mile even so wasn't really what I wanted and struggled to find pace in the second mile but overall still had a decent split and felt alright. Legs really didn't feel fast but I did feel pretty smooth running and breathing was avg for me. Pretty pleased with the workout overall. Cut the hill reps down from 30 to 20 seconds just so I could run strong and smooth but not overreach.
