Workout: 6 x 600 @ CV/200 jog + 3 x 200 @ 1500/200 jog
(3 miles of cv done in 21:50)
First workout I have done other then 200s or Marathon pace tempo so wasn't sure how this would feel. I ran maybe just outside my zone because I was running with Whit but overall probably right effort. The 4th and 5th I was stitching some and just feeling it. I managed to get back on pace though in the last one feeling strong. The 200s felt pretty good overall. Pleased with the workout. We will see if I move the 2k time trial up to this week or wait one more week.
