Workout: 4 x 150 @ 400 (23.5-24.5)/3.5 min rest + 5 mile @ M pace tempo (10 min rest after 150s)

150- 23.9, 23.2, 23.7, 23.1

Tempo- 1- 7:28, 2- 14:33 (7:04), 3- 21:33 (7:00), 4- 28:30 (6:56), 5- 35:21 (6:50) Started in Middle like team

150s felt pretty good. Ran them on the road to back parking lot. I felt smooth and ran it pretty even. Then starting the tempo was a little tough to find the rythem. Goal was 6:50-7:20 but avg more 7:00-7:10. After the 150s felt I was running the right effort but ended up being to slow and breathing was heavy so a little worried. However in the first half mile of the 2nd mile I got on it better and found a rythem. Only thing that bothered me in the middle miles was my stomach at a little sick/throwup feeling. Good belch after 3 miles and that went away. Was also proud that the 3rd mile didn't get away from me like before. Best Marathon pace tempo in this block by over a minute.
