Notes

Easy 10 miles this morning at park and on to the outer loop of campus that I do. Legs were stiff/sore today so was slow going throughout. Nothing impressive today just about getting the distance in to hit 70 for the week. All week the legs have been fatigued and pace pretty low on the easy aerobic days. Last 4 weeks have been good training with volume consistently back up and intensity been going back up. I have been able to hit workouts the way i want and races solid too so guess i am riding the line right as of now.
