Last run in Florida. Coolest day yet. Bikers were out but were covered up. Swapped my longer run with tomorrow since it is about 50 degrees warmer here. Achilles were hurting towards the end after running 4 days in a row. Haven't done that in a while. The knees didn't seem to bother me. The last couple of miles were tough. Went for a walk with Candy, Alan, Max after and my Achilles were really sore, the back of my shoe was rubbing on the Haglunds bump. Had to cut the walk short.
