Was supposed to be a slow day after a hard day yesterday. We decided to go on the bike path since better wind protection. It wasn't too bad going out. When we turned around on bike path, we got some wind, but mostly cross wind. I had to stop by Hart Pond for bathroom. From there it was pretty much a strong head wind. Sometimes gusty. Got really tough as I approached 110. Once I hit 100 had a strong tail wind.
Back and legs were bothering me most of the way. Could feel knee pain towards the end.
