It was a tough day, very windy the second half. Felt I was running pretty well, but over 90 seconds off of last year. Felt my hamstring tightening up. The last hill, I usually do pretty well, but not this year, we had a head wind so it didn't feel easy. Place 3rd in age group after Norm Larson and Reno.
