Ran the first 10 with Robert. Kept a pretty consistent pace throughout. It was at least cooler than prior weeks. Got in 63 for the week. 4 weeks to go until Berlin. One more long run. Maybe try and get another 20 next weekend. Taped both knees and it seemed to help.
