It felt hard since Achilles was sore. 6 days in a row running is tough. Left knee was painful at the end. Ran through the Achilles pain. My pace was pretty consistent even when I felt tired. No real fast splits though.
Did the ice bucket for Achilles when I got home and watched France beat Croatia in the WC final.
