Both knees hurting after long run yesterday. Wanted to take it easy but bumped into Jim Quadros on the bike trail. We ran together for about 6 miles at a good steady pace. Wind wasn't too bad on the bike path. It was a good pace but we were talking the whole time. I was expecting to do 8 min pace, maybe another day this week.
