Had a good race. Temperature was pretty nice, got hot later on, but the sea breeze kept it cooler. Felt I was running strong but was comfortable. Most of my run was with the lead woman so I had the pace car right there. It was annoying in the sense that I was always aware of the truck and the time, but it also paced me a bit. Felt very strong at the end, sub 6 going up the hill when I passed Cooney and Oliver and several others. My PR on the course and possibly all time. Great weather after the race, 70degrees. Only 4 weeks till Boston.
