Notes
Had a big group. Wolfgang, Rory, Keiran, Chris, Sadik, Tim, Tom, Longo, Culla and one other.
We went out to Bedford Depot into a head wind, picked up along certain points. Group broke up quickly with Chris and Keiran going out fast. By the time we got to Bedford Depot, the group was really split. I pretty much ran back solo, but cauhght up with Tim and another guy. It was about 17.2 total. Nice that we had a tail wind on the way back, but also picked up the pace. I ran back to get a 20 mile run in. Very happy with run, even though it was flat.
