Up late Saturday helping Cynthia and Alfonso move 2 leather couches. What with my back pain and Alfonso's pulled piriformis, it was tough going. Got to be around midnight.
The run was tough. Haglunds/achilles didn't help. Was completely drenched at the end. Didn't do much the rest of the day. No one home. Watched confed cup final Brazil 3 Spain 0.
