The bike path on the other side of 225 is now open so decided to run that way. It was over 5miles by the time I got to 225 so I only ran about 0.3 miles on the new portion. Could have done less miles getting to the bike path. Will try next week.
Pace felt good. Fortunately, my knees felt OK. Achilles a bit sore.
