Achilles were sore. I brought the brace and wore it very loose just in case.
Fortunately, I didn't need to tighten it so that is progress. Unfortunately, Achilles needs time off.
Hopefully I can do 18 on Sunday without the brace.
PT last night, she did some needling on the calf, but it was not sore as it was when Brian or Bob do it.
