I was planning on doing a couple in Newton then heading to the river, but ended up just circling and did 11 before taking a break at home. Achilles were both very sore, 6 days in a row of running. Bathroom and a gu. Both nipples were bleeding so put on band aids and changed shirt. Rain wasn't too bad, refreshing in a way, but the run was very painful. Iced both Achilles when I got back.
