It was a tough day. Had to put the tights on. Windy day, cold temps and didn't feel motivated to to out. Had a tail wind going out, but hit the head wind coming back on Curve. S. Chelmsford was pretty slushy. Curve street even worse. Going down the hill, I had to slow down. The knee bothered me more than at any previous run. Not sure if I should take a break for a couple of days. Elliptical isn't much better.
