Started off in the 60s and temperature got up there. I was going to do about 7 and then go back home for water and bathroom. Ended up doing about 12 before getting water. Should have taken some earlier. My Achilles was really starting to bother me and by the time I was done, was painful. Came home and iced it. Most of the laps were pretty consistent pace. Got some hills in and happy to get in 15.
