Hip was still hurting. Lots of traffic and it was frustrating. Had to make a lot of stops. Concord Rd/Tower Rd had a lot of pot holes, won't do that road again. Got a bit lost on the new route but went by Decordova and it was a nice ride down Weston Rd to Conant. Had to get back for PT.
