Notes
Went out with shorts and thin gloves. It was sleeting for most of the run and I started to get really cold. Went back to the house after about 3 and got a better hat and mittens. It was not pleasant, especially for April 6th. Snow not sticking.
Effort not easy. Left knee was hurting. Have to ice it.
