Notes

First run with my left sole taped up. Don't know if it helped. I felt tired at the outset. My hamstring was feeling tight the first couple of miles and did loosen up. After about 6, I could feel my Achilles starting to hurt. I decided to do 13 and was happy I made it, but just couldn't get going. In the end, it felt like I did about 16 miles.
