Notes
Had a big group. Robert, Jeff, Wolfgang, Tim, Chris, Rory, Aharon. Pick, Tom Bok, new kid Jon.
Went out at a coversational pace. The pace picked up going up the hill. Once we hit the river, the group spread out. I tried to hang on as best I could. The loop was about 14.5. Ended up running extra with Tim.
The weather was good. Wore gloves, but only a single long sleeve and shorts.
