Notes
I forgot to bring new shoes. Achilles felt OK this morning, but not great on the run. My legs felt very tired from yesterday. Didn't had much energy. Wind was blustery at times, especially at the top of Technology Drive. Wore hat and gloves. It soon warmed up and I ended up taking gloves off.
