Back was sore. Decided not to wear the orthotics. It was hard the first couple of miles, but was happy that I could pick up the pace in the later miles. Had to stop home to use the bathroom and ditched the hat and gloves, just wore a long sleeve and I was fine. Back was bothering me. Hope to get a PT appointment this week.
