Notes
Met a Robert's place. Ran with Robert, Jeff, Sean and a Scottish guy Martin who is here for a few more days.
The pace from the start was crazy, Robert, Martin and Jeff went out a fast pace and never looked back. I hung with Sean for the first 5 miles then he took off. By the time we turned around they were out of sight. Jeff decided to stay back and run with me. My Achilles really started to bother me on the uphills. I decided not to push the hills too much. The last few miles were tough. A good pace overall but I paid the price. Did the ice bucket when I got home.
The road were well plowed but Route 16 was tough with the cars and snow on the sidewalks.
