Notes
Long run from the start. Max and Dima's dad drove us to the start line. All the Charity runners and Clubs went out yesterday so there were not that many people out today. The group was Reno, me, Dima, Lindsay, Jason, Joe Navas, Brandon, Tom Deeg, Brian Allen, Karen. We met up with some SRR guys at the start plus Joe Sirvo and Brian. We ran first 4 miles together as a pack then the fast guys took off. Stayed back with Reno, Joe and Brian.
Achilles were sore at the end.
Had a nice mini brunch at our house after the run.
Reno's watch had the pace at 6:51.
