Notes
Pretty much ran the same route as last weekend. On the colder side, 38 at the start. Wore shorts, also wore cap and gloves. Tried to run more at a tempo with some at marathon pace. The wind going west was pretty strong. Achilles was starting to hurt towards the end and was happy to finish.
