Notes
Taped my knee since it was painful, but better with a day off. Tape seemed to help, but could still feel it a bit and I believe it did affect my run. In fact first few miles were really hard. It was hot and steamy. Felt better after a while. Don't know why it took so long to loosen up. Ended up with almost 11. At about 8.5 miles it started raining. Stopped to chat with Karen on Comm Ave and the skies opened up. It was somewhat refreshing.
