Long run with Dima, Spinney, Chris K, Pickles and Wolfgang.
The pace started to pick up around the third mile. I ended up staying with Wolfgang, Chris K and Pickles.
On the turn around Chris picked it up. Wolfgang and Pickles stayed ahead of me. Caught up to them on the Heartbreak Hill downhill.
