It was a bit humid. We did some strides towards the end, which explains why the last mile was fast. I got taped on IT band and quad by the PT guys. They also told me to do more rolling on quads and IT. No issues with the knee, even walking up and down the stairs. Looks like I will be running with tape during the race.
