July 4th run. Went out early to avoid heat, not early enough. Wore the new NB890s for the first time. Still lot of Achilles pain. Taped both knees but could feel it on the uphill. At least I am getting some hill workouts in. Last few miles felt hard but at least averaged around 7:30.
